Terms of Service

These launch terms are a working version for founding access and must be reviewed by legal counsel before prize contests go live or before scaled paid advertising.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using LineAlgo (linealgo.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. LineAlgo is operated by SIR Sports Tech.

2. What LineAlgo Provides

LineAlgo is a sports data and analytics platform that provides:

Real-time and historical odds movement data across 22 sportsbooks
THE SYSTEM — an algorithmic pattern matching tool with verified W/L proof
Line movement research, steam detection, and consensus analytics
DFS slate tools and lineup builders (not licensed as a DFS operator)
Community features including leaderboards, picks, and expert records
BangIt — an MLB home run probability tool
Contest frameworks (SlateStreak, $100K Challenge) subject to separate rules

All content is for informational and entertainment purposes only. LineAlgo is not a licensed sportsbook, DFS operator, or gambling service.

3. No Guaranteed Results

LineAlgo does not guarantee winning picks, profitable outcomes, DFS lineup results, contest success, or any positive betting results. Sports outcomes are inherently unpredictable. Past performance displayed on LineAlgo does not guarantee future results. Any verified W/L records represent historical pattern performance only.

4. Age and Eligibility

You must be 21 years of age or older to use LineAlgo (18+ where DFS is the only applicable activity and local law permits). By creating an account, you represent that you meet the applicable age requirement in your jurisdiction. Residents of jurisdictions where sports betting or DFS is prohibited by law may not use features that relate to those activities.

5. Founding Access

Founding access (paid subscription) may unlock premium data previews, additional sport coverage, staff content, DFS beta features, and account status badges. Founding access:

Is a subscription for informational content, not a bet or wager
Does not automatically create prize eligibility for LineAlgo contests
Does not guarantee access to any specific feature that may be removed, modified, or gated for technical or legal reasons
Is non-refundable after the first 7 days unless required by applicable law

6. Prize Contests

LineAlgo contest products (including $100K Challenge / Cap25, SlateStreak, and any future prize contests) require:

Separate official rules reviewed by legal counsel
Eligibility verification (age, state, identity)
Compliance review for applicable state contest and sweepstakes laws
Explicit opt-in separate from general platform access

Contest features on the platform are in development/preview mode until official rules are published. No prize is guaranteed until official rules are live and entry conditions are met.

7. Community Conduct

Users may not:

Harass, threaten, or demean other users
Impersonate real people, staff, or experts
Manipulate contest standings, picks records, or leaderboards
Create duplicate accounts to gain unfair advantage
Post false, misleading, or fabricated betting records
Scrape, reverse-engineer, or resell LineAlgo data without written permission
Use automated bots to interact with the platform in ways that harm other users

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban without refund.

8. AI Simulations and Labeled Content

LineAlgo may use clearly labeled AI simulations for education, testing, platform demonstration, and community engagement. AI simulations are not real users, are not prize eligible, and are disclosed wherever they appear. We never use AI to fabricate or inflate historical performance records.

9. Intellectual Property

LineAlgo's platform, algorithms, brand, data structures, THE SYSTEM methodology, and content are owned by SIR Sports Tech. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from LineAlgo content without written permission. User-submitted content (picks, forum posts, comments) remains yours, but you grant LineAlgo a non-exclusive license to display and aggregate it for platform functionality.

10. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges at the stated frequency until you cancel. Cancellation stops future billing but does not pro-rate current period access. Billing disputes must be raised within 60 days. LineAlgo reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LineAlgo, SIR Sports Tech, and their officers, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or any outcome resulting from use of the platform. Our total liability for any claim related to LineAlgo shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

LineAlgo is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data will be accurate in real time. Odds and line data may have latency relative to live market conditions.

13. DMCA

If you believe content on LineAlgo infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to legal@linealgo.com with: identification of the copyrighted work, identification of the infringing content, your contact information, and a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Suffolk County, Massachusetts.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be announced in-app and noted with an updated date. Continued use after 30 days of notice constitutes acceptance.
